Atlas Real Estate Mentor, Inc. is a subsidiary educational division of a real estate investment company with a proven record of successful investing, Atlas Investment Group, Inc. AtlasREMentor focuses on training local aspiring real estate entrepreneurs to learn about real estate investments and run a successful real estate business system. We’ve been buying, selling and managing commercial and residential properties in since 1999.

We invest and consult with other investors on real estate deals. We continually research our selected markets to find undervalued properties and development opportunities that are appropriate for AtlasREMentor apprentices and partners.

AtlasREMentor will train you to invest in what aigRED invests in:

  1. Commercial properties/projects (office, retail, industrial, raw land)
  2. Apartment complexes
  3. Mobile Home Parks
  4. Residential income properties (SFRs, duplex, triplex, fourplex, condos, townhomes)
  5. Land development
  6. Hospitality (small to midsize Hotels)

How We Invest
It’s a no-brainer to purchase properties at market value with 20% down and wait for the market to go up and sell at a profit. But that’s speculating and risky because you can lose your shirt when the market goes down. Our investment strategy is to leverage our knowledge and experience with minimal up-front cash but where the fundamentals of investing for cash flow and appreciation still apply. We focus on under-valued properties and working with owners who are motivated and need to sell, not unmotivated sellers that want top dollars for their properties. By focusing on these “low-hanging fruit” deals AtlasREMentor is able to apply creative and seller financing techniques to create a fair solution for every party involved by avoid the long, drawn-out process of bank financing and costly fees that can kill the deal. Through extensive research of the markets we invest in, we are able to spot properties that will maximize our return and give us maximum cash flow and appreciation. We always plan our exit strategy before we buy so we minimize the risk of getting stuck with a negative cash-flowing property.

Our primary business is buying and selling investment real estate. We also have a background in construction, development, and property management. As such, we have the knowledge and the know-how to aggressively reduce expenses, reduce vacancy, increase rents and tap into all potential profit centers of a property to maximize Net Operating Income and significantly increase property value. That’s the reason we established the AtlasREMentor Apprentice Personal Coaching Program. The more people we can train to spot and negotiate good deals, the more money we can all make!

Our apprenticeship program provides hands on one-on-one, step-by-step training that turns our students into successful real estate entrepreneur. Depending on the degree of participation, apprentice students can receive a minimum finder’s fee for referring a deal to us, or can earn up to 15%, 25% or even 50% of the net profit percentage participation!
